Awesome head lamp perfect for tattoos
I bought two of these recently here. I use it when I walk the dogs. It's very bright, with a very wide angle beam. I'm pretty impressed with it. So far it charges up fast and lasts a long time. It's not uncomfortable at all. very lightweight. Seems relatively water resistant. It's not small. It might not be good in cramped tight places, but otherwise it's great.
Great headlight for price
This is an incredibly bright head light...much brighter than others I have purchased which have just a few LEDs on them. From my photos it looks like this has at least a dozen spread across its surface
The headband is so bright that I felt it hurt my eyes when looking directly at it. If others feel this way than it might be an awkward accessory to wear in a group ... its like driving with your high beams on
The layout of the LEDS gives this light a wide area of even illumination. This is unlike a single super bright LED that has a fast drop off. The same effect could likely be achieved with a good reflector and lens, but this multi-led approach is likely cheaper while yielding more overall light. Seems like a win win
As with all recent lights, this comes with its own rechargeable battery via USB, making it easy to maintain. I am not sure if the battery inside can be replaced. Sometimes you find a common lithium cell inside things like this, so perhaps open it up prior to discarding it if you find the battery does not hold a charge in a few years.
Overall a surprisingly bright headlamp. Great to situations where you need a lot of light and both hands are full
Great product. I like the power display. You know exactly when it will need to be recharged
